Clinical Advisory Board
Surgical Innovations has developed a number of innovative products over the years and we like to think that they have contributed significantly to the practice of laparoscopic surgery. Endoflex liver retractors, Fastclamp clamping system, YelloPort port access system, the ergonomic Logic horizontal handle for Laparoscopic surgery etc. are just a few of the products in the Surgical Innovations portfolio.
Due to us having several current projects in various stages of advancement, we wanted to enlist the help of a group of surgeons who represented ‘state of the art’ opinion and experience, across the various specialities embracing current developments in minimally invasive surgery.
Therefore in December 2007, invitations were sent to five eminent surgeons and a highly experience theatre technician to join the Clinical Advisory Board who would be prepared to give their opinion about designs, prototype instruments, or modifications to the existing instrument range on an informal basis.
