Alex brings extensive international experience driving transformational growth and shareholder value across high-tech manufacturing, Photonics and regulated MedTech sectors. He was previously Group Managing Director of SDI Group plc and before that Chief Operating Officer at Foster & Freeman Ltd, Gooch & Housego plc, and Optos plc. He has a proven track record in delivering profitable revenue growth and operational excellence, developing new products, and commercialising complex clinical technologies with an entrepreneurial, hands-on approach to scaling innovative smaller enterprises and navigating highly regulated global markets.
